Headshot Mini Sessions
This is going to be AMAZING!
I’m looking forward to creating beautiful headshots with you.
I want your mini session as stress-free and relaxing as possible!
Mini Session Policies
Rescheduling
$150 reschedule fee
Must give 3 weeks notice - allowed once
Must reschedule for next available Mini Day
$300 reschedule fee if within 3 weeks
Cancellation
$200 fee if cancelled with 3 weeks notice
Non-refundable if cancelled within 3 weeks
Session Time
You must be on time.
Your session time cannot be extended. NO exceptions.
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your photo shoot to allow time to park and carry in your things.
The Studio
598 E Chatham Street, Cary NC 27511
Turn off of Chatham at the Biryani Maxx restaurant.
Keep straight, and go all the way to the end of the parking lot. I’ll be looking for you!
There is plenty of parking.

What to Wear
I recommend bringing 3 complete outfits.
Think about wearing something light, something dark, and something colorful.
Fitted clothing photographs best.
Professional, casual, glamorous … all are possibilities!
A quick change can be wearing a blazer, and then taking it off and photographing the blouse.

What to Expect
You will be greeted by my assistant Linda. She will assist you with carrying your things, guide you through the studio to the hair & makeup room.
45-minute in Hair & Makeup
If you have inspiration images, please feel free to bring them and share them with my team.
45-minute Photoshoot
We will move quickly, but not rushed. I will guide you and pose you every moment.
The faster you change, the more outfits we can photograph!
30-minute Image Selection
I will share your unedited images with you. Anything selected will be retouched.
All images must be selected at this time, no exceptions.
Two images are included with your session.
Additional images are $290 + tax each.
Buy 2, get one free!
Images will be delivered electronically approximately 2 weeks after your session.
Day Of
Arrive to the studio with clean, moisturized skin, no make up.
Your hair should be clean and dry, lightly styled is fine.
Nails
Recommend a fresh mani/pedi before your session.
Neutral nail color ideal, but also stay true to your personality and style.
Spray Tans
Please no spray tans! 99% of the time they look orange on camera.
Cell Phone Pics
A few fun behind the scenes snaps are fun and encouraged, but please refrain from taking any pictures during the photo shoot. Thank you.
Posing: What to Expect
Some of the poses will feel weird or awkward. That means you are following my lead correctly … I promise it looks fabulous on camera!
